When a user is assigned a PDF and Image viewer license they can only use the viewer for documents with the file extensions listed above. PDF/Image Viewer supports the following file formats: See your system administrator if the option is disabled. Users may be able re-enable the PDF/Image viewer in their User Preferences > Viewer tab. The PDF/Image viewer is being deprecated so it is recommended that users transition to the FileHold viewer.
